WE START NEW WORK SHIFTS
In 2019 we start our 5th shift. Thanks 15 new specialists, we will expand our production capacity from 155 million units in 2016 to 200 million in 2019. This expansion will shorten delivery times, improve our Training Programs and Control and Maintenance Systems and will offer greater flexibility.
WE LAUNCH CreationLAB
a space for creation, innovation and technological development. Only 2 minutes away from Witte and Solà, it has everything necessary for the start-up of the new production line (our seventh) that will be operational by the end of 2020. It will also be the place where our team of engineers will try the application to our process of technologies beyond our sector.
WE START THE CONSTRUCTION OF WYS Campus
a Center for Professional and Personal Growth to train the people who will lead the Witte y Solà in the coming years, to foster a critical spirit and to take advantage of all the opportunities that a more creative world will offer us. This Center is accompanied by a new space for offices, warehouses that will double our current capacity, new loading and unloading areas, rest areas and even a space open to the public for events, talks and exhibitions. The completion of the works that are now beginning is scheduled for the summer of 2020.
At Witte y Solà we have a particular vision of how the companies of the future must be: much more committed to people and the environment, thought to train us and to offer the necessary tools for personal and professional growth.
